UN Women Cambodia Country Office: Business Development Training for Women Entrepreneurs

- Goal Setting and Action Planning
- Marketing and Social Media for Business
- Business Financial Management
- Strategic Planning
- Leadership and Team Management
Social Enterprise Consulting
We worked with Rajana Association, an NGO and social enterprise in Cambodia that trains and employs disadvantaged Cambodians to create and sell handicrafts products.
Our Business Development Consultants worked with Rajana's management team to review and develop their strategic and operational plans, including their financial management strategies and forecasts. We provided additional training for their staff in Marketing and Social Media, and continue to provide mentoring to the organisation's leadership in implementing their strategic plan.
Strategic Planning for Non-Government Organisations
We worked with ARV Users Association (AUA) Cambodia, a membership-based association of Cambodian people who live with HIV/AIDS. AUA works in nine sites across Phnom Penh and Kampong Cham to deliver projects that support holistic health and well-being.
We worked with AUA's management team to review and re-develop their organisation's five-year strategic plan. This involved engaging with key stakeholders across multiple project sites and provinces and working closely with the management team to evaluate and develop the strategic plan for implementation from 2016.
